Food Network: Roasted Kohlrabi With Parmesan


Spicy!  Or…  Maybe I put too much cayenne pepper?  Anyway, it was good!!!!!!!!!  I used vegan Parmesan.


YUM!  I used hemp seed oil for one batch, for some reason, that batch turned out better than the olive oil batch.
