The Vegan Table: Pasta With Green Beans And Peanut Sauce

I have made this this before, but I actually…  Don’t think the green beans can go very well with the pasta unless it is quite finely chopped after it’s cooked.  Nonetheless, it was delicious, quick, and filling for a long day of work before relaxing!

Instead of garlic, I just used truffle oil to give it a savory touch.  I really don’t have anything else to say about this except it was quite simple…  And enjoy!

Here’s what other’s have modified and done with the recipe!  It’s quite loved by people.  Unfortunately only few people blogged about it.
