The Vegan Table: Sugar Snap Peas With Toasted Sesame Seeds

I modified this recipe with the addition of shiitake mushrooms, I like mushrooms!

I used snow peas instead of sugar snap peas.  I like this simple recipe, it was just fast and easy.  You can just stir fry the peas and use soy sauce instead of salt.  The sesame oil is a really nice touch to make everything taste a little richer.
