The Vegan Table: Pan-Grilled Portobello Mushrooms With Herb-Infused Marinade

Delish!  Mushrooms…  I like mushrooms!

I used baby portobello because the mushroom stand at the farmers market only had one left so I had to get the baby portobello.  But what a flavorful bunch these mushrooms turned out to be!  It was a little time consuming during the cooking part, but I assure you, it was worth the effort.

Please choose a balsamic vinegar that doesn’t have high lead level!
