The Vegan Table: Pasta Primavera With Fresh Veggies And Herbs

This is the dish that reacquainted me with pine mouth.  I believe this is the last recipe for my spring recipes, even though spring is not over yet.  I think I will come back to spring if I go through summer recipes and if summer is not over yet.

I skipped garlic and scallion as usual.  I used chipotle instead of red pepper.  Hehe, oops, I didn’t use penne.

This doesn’t look like much, but it was really tasty!  It’s a good recipe for veggie lovers!  A lot of vegetables!
