The Vegan Table: Dark Leafy Greens With Miso Dressing

Oh, boy!  Last summer recipe before the autumn recipes!

I didn’t use mirin and I think…  I had too little kale, even though the kale called for was a large bunch, I would recommend either reduce the dressing to your taste or make sure the bunch of greens is very large.  Mine was too salty because I got a bunch of black kale, but it was not enough so it was quite salty.
