The Vegan Table: Pad Thai

Oh, how I love pad thai!  I followed the recipe (without garlic), and here it is!  I pan-fried my tofu with the cast iron skillet, and this brought back my childhood memories of eating pan-fried tofu…

Anyhoo, everything was fairly easy to make.  As long as you have the sauce ready, noodles cooked, then you are basically done.  Then fried some tofu and stir in the vegetables!  Want more colors?  Get more colorful vegetables!
