The Vegan Table: Pan-Fried Asparagus With Lime Juice & Thai Curry With Veggie

I went to Portos with my friends on Saturday before going to LA County Museum of Arts (LACMA), and I was very impressed with the mango vinaigrette they had on the House Salad, so I was determined to make it…  Following this recipe, it was great!  5 stars!  I made some modifications though, like I used 1 mango, and I also added about 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil.

So that was the appetizer.  For the rest of the dinner, I made Thai curry and asparagus.  YUMMY!  Again, I substituted onion, garlic, and scallion with toona.

Everyone in my family had a full stomach tonight!  That made me happy!
