Breads Of The World: Grant Loaf

I love Grant loaf with jam or olive oil!  It’s such an easy bread to make, and it’s so aromatic because of the whole wheat flour!

Today I discovered that Bob’s Red Mill Whole Wheat flour is no longer coarse!  It is finely ground and better!  That’s great for my bread!

I got the recipe from Breads of the World, and it’s one of the easiest bread to make!  Yum!
