Saint Valentine’s Day Dinner

Spending Valentine’s Day with family is the best!

My sister cooked, I cooked, too, but I didn’t take pictures of the beet leaves cooked like Swiss chard.  They kind of look like Swiss chard, but they taste like spinach, that means I probably shouldn’t cook it with tofu.

So here are some pictures of my sister’s gift to us.  It’s beet salad, bechamel sauce with mushrooms, asparagus, sun choke pancake, and love!
