You know I don’t eat any onion or garlic, so I have been thinking of a way to make this recipe… And I decided to make it with tofu and toona instead.
So instead of onions, I put a box of tofu and 5 leaves of toona. Everything else was the same. I also used rainbow chard instead of just red or yellow or green chard. And it looked fabulous!
It was a success! Everyone liked it! Well, who could resist tofu?
