The Vegan Table: Roasted Red Pepper Coulis

This is a very interesting recipe, I have gone to four different stores to look for the roasted red bell peppers because I didn’t want to spend the time roasting the red bell peppers.  I went to Trader Joe’s, Mother’s Market, and Sprouts, and finally found it in Whole Foods at Tustin.  Whew!  I guess Whole Foods really has everything.

I followed the recipe very closely so no changes there.

The color!  The contrast!  It’s as visually satisfying as gastronomically.
