Braised Figs with Arugula

I bought this book “The Vegan Table” because it categorized recipes by different event as well as seasons.

I wanted to try this recipe because it was short and I didn’t have a lot of time.  Instead of vegn butter, I used coconut oil to braise the figs.  The result is…  I love coconut oil with figs.

This recipe has won many other hearts as well…
