Cheesecake Challenge Cont.

So I ended up using parts of this recipe and parts of that recipe…  And made little cupcake-sized cheesecakes.

What I ended up using key lime cheesecake because it is not the season for cinnamon…

So essentially, this is what I did.

Came out oily on the bottom…  And not white.

Baked too long.
