The Vegan Table: Cashew Sour Cream

I made the cashew sour cream!

It came out refreshing!  But then I kept eating it, and may have eaten too much…  Oy…  So good though, but not recommending too much, only eat in moderation.  I didn’t put a lot of salt, but I was eating it with salted chips, so…

It was quite thick, so I have to find some way to finish the sour cream with.
